All personnel employed by ASHS (or associated companies) are licensed through the appropriate government bodies. Many staff are dual-licensed i.e. crowd control/security guard. The majority of staff in Victoria hold Gaming Industry Employee's Licenses and have undergone gaming-related training. All staff are RSA accredited (Victoria) and many are RSG accredited. ASHS has a policy to sponsor staff, where practicle, into Certificate II in Hospitality, as an extension of their training and capabilities.

Lindsay has been in the security industry for the past 7 years. His background has been mainly in the training of Security Personnel, especially in the area of restraints and defensive techniques.
